The Wurstelprater area is open daily, all day long, with free admission.
Individual rides and attractions may have different opening hours depending on the season and weather conditions. If it is raining heavily or very windy, most of the rides are closed, even during the summer season from March 15 to October 31.
From Monday to Friday, most rides are open from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., and during the summer months, they open a little earlier and close a little later.
On Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, most Prater businesses open at 11:00 a.m. or earlier, and many stay open until midnight or later.
From November 1 to March 14, the Wurstelprater operates on a limited basis. This means that not all businesses are necessarily open, even in good weather.

As a registered user, you can view the balance on your Pratercard. After registering, you can add your Pratercard to your profile—you will find the PIN code you need for this under the scratch field on the back of your Pratercard.
Alternatively, you can check your balance at any Pratercard acceptance point without registering by presenting your Pratercard.
You can decide whether you want to receive the Pratercard by mail (+ shipping fee) or by e-mail (print@home voucher-digital delivery as pdf). Please note that shipping within Austria by mail can take up to six business days. When shipping to foreign countries, please expect a correspondingly longer delivery time.
You can also get your Pratercard immediately! Simply select the option "digital delivery" during the order process and receive your Pratercard immediately as a print@home voucher-pdf by E-Mail. Just print it out and off you go!

If your Pratercard is defective, please send us an E-Mail with a photo of your Pratercard, as well as the card number to info@pratercard.at.
